so my 5th soulfly gig. i was nervous as ever hehe

he club was really cool. big and chillin.

he first band, cataract, a swiss metalcore band just sucked. i dont know the cd is not too bad but live they just sounded like every stupid metalcore bullshit band. sorry guys.
why the fukk are there just metalcore bands opening for soulfly?
hat is goddamn stupid

but anyway.

soulfly started with a very nice intro. i think its from a movie or something.
hey entered the stage and openend with babylon... continoud WITHOUT a break till the song remains insane and after a very short break the kicked us out with eye for an eye...

he show was amazing. the sound quality unfourtunatly really bad. (the guy in front of me told me to stop shouting the lyrics because he wanted to hear max asshole hehe)
he rest was cool as ever.

special things didnt happen except that there where not one guest. no ritchie no trumpet dude no drum support. just 100% soulfly

i catched a setlist and a stick joe threw out. pics later..

setlist:

intro / babylon
prophecy
seeknstrike
no hope no fear
livin sacrifice (not sure if they really played it)
roots bloody roots
jumpthefuckup/bringit
fire/mars (amazing!!)
refuse/resist
execution style
wasting away
arise again
carved inside
ribe / drums
fuel the hate
sabbath cover (on the list but not played)
frontlines
back to the primitive
iandi (on the list but not played)
he song remains insane

eye for an eye

instrumental outro

kickass max, joe, marc and bobby
