Overall, really good show. Got to hang out with Joe and Danny Lilker (really cool guys) for a little while. Btw, it was a really cool experience to meet Danny, I mean, the guy is a walking piece of metal history , anyway, I took a couple of photos with them and Ritchie. Max went by and said hello a couple of times, but as usual he was in a hurry. I got to say that there were a couple of fans dissaponted by his no so friendly attitude, but we all know how it is, so... Also, I spoke with Gloria which, on the other hand, was really cool this time and asked her a couple of questions. Btw, she told me that Soulfly will be playing Brazil in March. Sort of a small brazilian tour, if I remember right, which will include not only cities like Rio and Sao Paulo, but a couple of other ^smaller^ cities like brasilia. She sounded pretty confident as she brought up the topic herself when my friend mentioned he was from Santa Teresa, so we'll see... Again, good show, I don't remember the setlist as I was a little too drunk, but they played forever, I mean, from shit like Troops of Doom and Refuse/Resist, to their most recent stuff. Btw, this time I went a little out my way and fucking jumped on the stage! lol It was really cool to go back to the old days for a little while. So there you go... I'll try to post some pictures as soon as I get developed. m/ \My biggest dream in life is to see my children play together again. I don't know when that will happen Vƒnia Cavalera" but I am sure that one day I will see Max and Igor on stage together. It will be the happiest day of my lif |
