In this album we see many Christian faith influence.

In Prophecy theres a part where Max sings ^..I see the flag of a CONQUERING LION, I must reach the Mountain of ZION...^ and even parts where he sings about the Red Sea parting, the Crown of Thorns, etc.

In the last song, we see the most open Christian and Jewish faith influence.
Try comparing the lyrics of Wings and Psalm 91 in the Old Testament.

Wings

Wings all over us
Watching us from above
Protecting us from this world
Protecting us with YOUR sword

Wings all over us
Calming us when we're sore
Guiding us when we're lost
Even against all odds

Wings all over us
Healing the bleeding pain
Making us seize the day
Helping us find a way

Wings all over us
Everyday I feel your touch
Never letting go
I can feel your soul

Wings all over us
When I die you come and lift me up
Carry me to my home
To meet the king on his throne

Wings all over us
Keep our heads up high
Keeping our spirit alive
Open your arms and rise

Psalms 91

{1} He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. {2} I will say of the LORD, ^He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.^
{3} Surely he will save you from the fowler's snare and from the deadly pestilence. {4} He will cover you with his feathers, and under his [size=200:394yxiv3]WINGS[/size:394yxiv3] you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.

{5} You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day, {6} nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday.

{7} A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you. {8} You will only observe with your eyes and see the punishment of the wicked.

{9} If you make the Most High your dwelling-- even the LORD, who is my refuge-- {10} then no harm will befall you, no disaster will come near your tent.

{11} For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; {12} they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.

{13} You will tread upon the lion and the cobra; you will trample the great lion and the serpent. {14} ^Because he loves me,^ says the LORD, ^I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.

{15} He will call upon me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him. {16} With long life will I satisfy him and show him my salvation.^

As a Christian, I feel Max and Soulfly are truly blessed by God. Sorry if this sounds stupid, just wanna know other peoples opinions about this.

There's a lot of rastafarian influence...

Who cares what other people are into. As long as people are forcing the shit on you let them be. Everytime someone on a forum says ^I am christian^ people get all upset and talk down on them. I think it takes courage to admit you are a christian in the metal community.

Max is a very spiritual person which is very evident in his lyrics and his demeanor on and off the stage. That is one reason I am so into Soulfly its more than just coming out and singing about stupid meaningless bs it has some meaning to it and anyone can relate to it no matter what your religion is

Jewish zionism has got nothing to do with rastafarian mount Zion which is a symbol of Heaven (on Earth).
