What I don't understand is that religions are supposed to be about beliefs. What they are about are, to be more precise, specific beliefs. There's a guy on the top who says what you can and can't believe in and if you "believe outside of the box", you're not of that religion. I think this is bullshit. You're not really believing in God or Allah or whatever, you're believing in the image of a god that the guy on the top gives you.
Think about the Bible. That's all about what God did and what he disapproves of and bla bla bla. The image of God is there. You're not allowed to think of God as something else, because the book so clearly states God is this one particular thing (and the book is obviously correct, 'cos it was written by God, right?).

Of course, I wouldn't know anything as I don't believe in anything nor have I ever been to church.

This is why I'm an agnostic.
