Yeah, it does sound like a very bad law. Thing is, he isn't really changing what he stated to be the problem. That band is still going to have that name whether they tour in New York or not. It's already decided what that band's name is...everywhere else it's cool. Very gay that something like this, something that should be a personal belief, is a law that only seeks to take money.
