I suggest an Epiphone Les Paul or SG. For a few hundred US dollars you can get a fairly decent guitar that will produce a good sound. They all should have humbucking pickups which will help if you plan on playing hard rock or metal.

Epiphone is definately a good option, but stay away from their cheapest models. A Les Paul Studio or Standard should be a good startersguitar. You might also want to check out some LTD's and some Deans if you want lots of guitar for not much money. Ibanez might be an option too, or maybe a Fender/Squier FatStrat. Since you already play guitar, just go to a local store and try some things out. There are huge differences between different models in feel, sound and playability so you might as well choose something that suits your playing.

You'll also need a small practice amp. I suggest you go for something around 15 Watts, that's more than enough for home use. There are some cool modelling combo's on the market which will produce loads of different sounds which is nice if you want to experiment with tone. E.g. Roland Cube 15, Line6 SpiderII 15, Vox AD15VT, ...

cool ESP guitar, ^soulflying^, but looks very extreme for me...

and 15 watt amp is enough, really? i have a home theatre with 30 watts.

and what about guitars that made in China? is it good if esp guitar for example - made in China, or i need to choose a guitar that made in Japan? (esp is japanesse brand i thought)

Doesn't really matter where it's made. Nowadays almost anything is decent quality.
