i could not justify spending about œ20+ on what was a realy cool t shirt.

so i got one outside the gig for œ5. not as good quality, but who cares. and it too is a realy cool t shirt.

do people sell t shirts and hoodies outside gig where you are? or is it just a UK thing?

When I went to shows in chicago I saw people selling bootleg t-shirts outside of the venue. Quality was extemely low but if you only want to spend 8-10 dollars then why not?

Well, that's music business for you.. People download or copy music (yes, Soulfly's music to) so the sales are going down every year.. So the bands have to up merch prices..
Anyway, going to the show in Ghent in a few hours, and I will buy a t-shirt, even if it's ?30 or more, in my opinion, it's worth it, I want to support the band..

But I agree, it's expensive, especially since I saw Apocalyptica in september 2004, and the shirts there sold for ?18.. But as I said, Soulfly is worth it, I want to let the world know I was there
