Lost my mother this past Saturday morning on 2/23/08

Posts: 397 Member #: 100,007 Joined: 09/02/2010	My mother passed away Saturday morning at Saints Memorial Hospital here in Lowell,MA. She went fully blind from diabetes in 1996 and has been a dialysis patient since 1998. In August of 2006 she had gotten amputated above her left knee. In January of 2007,the same thing occured above her right knee. She was in a nursing home since January of 2007 and was unable to go home to my step dad after that. The mass will be Wednesday morning at 10:00am. Max's lyrics with Soulfly helped me cope with my dad in 1998. In 2008,it will do the same with my mother. If you can,please take a momment to play track 8 titled Soulfly from the self titled debut. The instrumental has always made me think of her since it was released in 1998.
