I have many friends who ran into Max at places like a Gas station, a carwash, and whatnot. He is recognizable' to a certain extent, because it isn't everyday you see a dreadlock'd headbanger down the streets everywhere in Phoenix. My friends Caleb, and Mike have talk 2 him before.
My friend Caleb actually worked at a gas station and Max came in, and Caleb is brasilian and a huge fan of all the Music Max has done. There aren't many brasilians in Phoenix either.

If I saw Max i don't know what there would be 2 say anyways besides "im a big fan", "whats up" "how are you". just treat as another person and thats it. Thats why I figure if im meant 2 run into Max around town it'll happen, otherwise whatever. I go to their shows cuz I 100% support the music and have a fun time and fuck shit up with my friends. Im not there to Kiss their ass or any of the bands playing asses.

stop, they do an eye for an eye (and maybe some other songs, roots is an example) in the end of the each show, after a little pause, the crowd screams - soulfly! soulfly!, then they play eye for an eye (or few songs with an eye for an eye in the end). iam wonder why some people think that's an encore? be sure they'll play these songs without an encore.

well some1 mentioned here that max plays his guitar parts only on sepultura songs and on soulfly or he is grabbing the mic or he is just playing muted or open strings and stuff ...
i just remembered some parts of the live i saw ...
max was playing ... a bit ... soulfly songs .... muted mostly but on easy riffs he played the full guitar and sound was better that way ....
what i first thought ... was that maybe some new soulfly songs are kinda hard for him to play and sing at the same time ....
first sepultura song was troops of doom ... he played the full guitar and sound was amazing ...
i thought ... ok it is sepultura and troops is not the hardest song soulfly play in gigs ...
hen some soulfly song again ....
same thoughts ... some songs are kinda hard to sing and play ...
but then .... ARISE ....
he played the full guitar singing at the same time and i was like ...LOL !
well what i m trying to say ... is that maybe (in my opinion of course ) he is picking what songs he want to play full ...
