On Sunday, November 6th, when Soulfly made their St. Paul stop at Station 4 on the Dark Ages Tour 2005 with Throwdown, Bloodsimple, and Incite, I had the privilege of witnessing one of the greateset live sets that I have seen all year, taking photos during their set, and having an extended meeting with Max and Gloria Cavalera about this website. Photos can be viewed [url=http://www.soulflyweb.com/livephotos/station4110605.html:2c08j14f]here[/url:2c08j14f].

Once again, the Cavalera's were some of the most hospitable people that I have ever met, and it was decided at this meeting that, beginning in January of 2006, Soulfly Web will become the official site for Soulfly. Gloria said that as far as she's concerned, right now Soulfly Web is the official site and the best resource for Soulfly, but the official announcement can't be made by the band until some legal work is taken care of. To kick off the promotions for Soulfly Web as the official site, Max and the band have donated some excellent swag and signed posters which will be given to you guys, the fans, through contests in the upcoming months. Also, through some methods that are being worked out by me and the management, you will be able to be in contact with the band through direct question and answer sessions! Stay tuned for all the cool contests and great modifications that are sure to improve Soulfly Web over the holiday season!

i saw them at the house of blues in chicago last year for the second time. theres just nothing as good as them, they are gods of metal. dark ages was the first album since slipknots iowa that just made the hair stand up on my neck when i first heard it, and slipknot has sucked hairy balls since then. soulfly is one of the only popular bands that will not go soft to make radio, and thats the real reason why they are still as good as they first were.

That must of been one of the greatest feelings in the world. To witness a kick-ass show and then hear that your site is THE Soulfly fan-site.

Yeah, I'm Abrom. So please, don't fuck with me.
