This was probably one of the best shows ive attended. it was incredible and since ive only seen "metal" concerts where there is a lot of moshing and headbanging, this was a totally different experience to me. i saw tool in june too but this show was way better!i went there with some ppl from my uni i only met a few days before the concerts.we got to the venue pretty early, luckily, cuz the doors opened very early. 6pm even thou the concert started at 8. i was fuckin excited cuz i had been gettin into Tool a lot these months.i was so fuckin pissed when i saw teh wavebreaker again, they had that in june too adn it fuckin sucked. but i luckily got before teh wavebreaker( i dunno if thats what you guys call it, but its that kinda fence in teh middle of teh crowd they have at festivals)got myself into 3 row and had a pretty good spot. mastadon opened. they were pretty good, but way too loud yeah i know thats normal at concerts..i liked the bassists vocals, couldnt get into the dwarfs vocals. they played for aboput 45 min. only few ppl were headbanging, and there was very littl emovement even thou the music was pretty fast and had a good rythm. well tool fans are weird. then they set up the stage for tool, everything white and they even cleaned the freakin floor, was a bit ridiculous, the cleaner got a big "bravo" from the crowd.all roadis were only wearin their socks, no shoes on the stage well lights went off tool came on and opened with stinkfist!fuckin incredible, last time i saw them they opened with rosetta stoned, which i thought was a pretty bad opener! luckily this time there was a bit of movement and ppl would get pissed when i headbanged and jumped around, like last tour. i think its stupid how most of the tool fans jus stand there in 2nd row wathicn not movin not singing along...well i jus dont get how u can not move to the music! tools show put everyone into trance it was incredible. the lightshow, sound everything perfect. they played the best songs straight away. here the setlist.

- Stinkfis

- 46 & 2

- Jambi

- Schism

- Lost Keys

- Rosetta Stoned

- Sober

- Wings I

- Wings II

- Lateralus

- Vicarious

- Aenema

maynard was wearing a gasmaks. the lightshow for rosetta stoned/lost keys was incredible!!! it really took u along and put you in trance, had ana amazing effect!well adam didnt move a lot throughout the whole set, the bassist was headbanging every now and then.

i was goin crazy for every fuckin song!i loved the setlist, they played everything i wanted them to play and fuckin SOBER!one of my favorites, lateralus was amazing too. for vicarious they had these green lasers goin out throught the entire hall it. everyone was jus lookin around the hall following those lasers that were reflected by the mirros on the stage. every now and then they had the hughe banner of the 10,000 days faces enlightne in the backround, it was massive! the highlight of the show was....well actually everything, but rosetta stoned/lost keys created an aamzing atmosphere witht eh lgihts and everyhting, even thou i dodnt really like the song, this was amazing live! they took a break after sober or so..and sat down on the stage..bassist took out a lighter and i think he wanted the crowd to get really loud so that the flame would go off..instead teh ppl took out their lgihters as well haha..maynard told us to wake the fuck up and i thoguht the same thing, cuz still there wasnt much movement except for where i was standing closer aenima was of course amazing, the crowd really celebrated the band, dummer and bassist clapped their hands as well and said thank you. maynard was sayin something bout see you next year! hopefully the air will be cleaner so i dont need to wear this mask no more"

well i was standing by the fence for a while after the show hopin id catch something. when i got out n switched on my mobile i received a msg that the ppl i went there with where already on the way to catch the last train, and they had my fuckin ticket too. well of course i didnt make it anymore and had to wait at the station for 4 hours in the fuckin cold. still everything was worth it!amazing show, anyonre that will get the chance to see em, go check em out!
