Ok to get started, this is my job: I started working for a traveling company 2 weeks ago. We arrange river cruises in Europe for the Asian market. Mainly I am the managements secretary and am responsible for all the office stuff. I also take and confirm the bookings from our agents in Asia. It's not too stressfull right now since the holiday season hasn't started yet. what do you guys do?

What label do you have a deal with? And where will albums be distributed? Because honestly I've never heard of your bands. And getting signed is easy. Getting signed on a major label ... not so easy.
